Welcome to Sakura Glow. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sakura Glow. Sakura Glow operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”).

Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By visiting or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS

We offer Korean and Japanese skincare products.

We strive to display products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Packaging may change
  • Colors may differ depending on your device

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase.

We may accept or refuse orders at our discretion. An order is only confirmed once payment is successfully completed.

Please review your order carefully. Once processed, cancellation may not be possible.

SECTION 4 – PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices:

  • Are in euros (€)
  • Include VAT

Payments are securely processed via Mollie.

Available payment methods:

  • iDEAL (Wero)
  • Credit Card
  • Klarna (pay later options)

Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We currently ship only within the Netherlands.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Orders placed after 15:00 on Friday are processed the following Monday
  • Free shipping on orders over €65

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Pickup points & parcel lockers
If you choose delivery to a pickup point or parcel locker:

  • You are responsible for collecting your order within the specified timeframe
  • If the parcel is not collected and returned to us, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment

Risk transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

SECTION 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETURNS)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU law.

Return conditions:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • Products must not be damaged
  • Opened skincare products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect. This is clearly communicated before completing your purchase.

SECTION 7 – REFUNDS

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the return
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method

SECTION 8 – LIABILITY

Sakura Glow is not liable for:

  • Improper use of products
  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities

We strongly recommend reviewing ingredient lists and performing a patch test before use.

Our products are intended for cosmetic use only and are not medical products.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights under Dutch or EU law.

SECTION 9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content (text, branding, images, logos) is the property of Sakura Glow and may not be used without prior permission.

SECTION 10 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store is powered by Shopify.

Payments are processed via Mollie and its partners (including Klarna).

We are not responsible for third-party services or tools.

SECTION 11 – PRIVACY

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

SECTION 12 – COMPLAINTS

Complaints can be submitted via:

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

If you are not satisfied, you may also submit a complaint via the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform:

SECTION 13 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by Dutch law.

Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

SECTION 14 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Sakura Glow is powered by Shopify. However, all purchases are made directly with Sakura Glow. Shopify is not responsible for transactions between you and Sakura Glow.

SECTION 15 – CHANGES

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept any changes.
