Shipping policy
Shipping area
We currently ship only within the Netherlands.
Processing time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Orders placed after 15:00 on Friday will be processed the following Monday
- Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays
Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
- Free shipping on all orders over €65
Delivery time
Delivery times depend on the selected shipping provider and are estimates only.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Pickup points & parcel lockers
If you choose delivery to a pickup point or parcel locker:
- You are responsible for collecting your order within the specified timeframe
- If the parcel is not collected and returned to us, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment
Delays
Sakura Glow is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- High demand or peak periods
- Circumstances outside our control
Lost or damaged packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:
support@sakuraglow.nl
We will investigate the issue and work with the shipping provider to find a solution.
Incorrect address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, we may charge additional shipping costs to resend the order.
